Safe Food Handling

Victoria’s food industry is strictly governed by a set of regulations, including the Food Act 1984. Anybody who works with food or runs a food related business needs to be familiar with the relevant standards. This short course is specifically designed to meet this requirement. Participants who successfully complete this course will be appropriately qualified to work in a food handling environment.
