Language French (Introductory Seminar)

Travelling to France? Only need to learn some key phrase?  Come along to this 2 hour seminar and to gain some travel tips, a couple of travel phrases as well as learn about some sights, history and food and wine. If you want to continue learning French after this seminar we have a beginners course beginning on August 7th!

Language French (BEGINNERS)

Communicated by over 200 million people in over 40 countries, French is one of the world's most widely spoken languages .Having knowledge of this language, can provide the basis to learning other Romantic languages, including Italian and Spanish.

This short course will teach you the basics of communicating effectively in French. Grammar and vocabulary will be taught within the context of varied communicative activities, with an emphasis on oral production, in group and pair work.

The course will revolve around the following key areas: introductions, talking about what you like, talking about your daily routine, sports and hobbies, holidays, dining out, using informal language and visiting Paris.
