Following this, you will learn the principles of basic food safety and their implementation in the workplace. This course covers cleaning and sanitising, food handling, temperature control, personal hygiene, pest control and waste disposal. At the successful completion of the course you will obtain SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety and your Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
This course will be delivered online via Zoom.
Monday 8 and Tue 9 March (You must attend BOTH sessions).
RSA – 5pm – 8pm (Mon 8/3)
RSF – 5pm – 7pm (Tue 9/3)
