Join us for a relaxing Meditation Session!
This course includes an introduction to the practice of pranayam
breathing techniques and meditation. The breathwork helps to improve our
lung capacity and relax the tense muscles surrounding our airways and
upper body. It improves and tone the vitality of the internal organs.
This is followed by a short meditation to create calmness in the mind, and to feel energised with renewed lightness, and wellbeing.
