There are a variety of services that can help you in a housing emergency.

Safe Steps

Safe steps is a 24/7 Family Violence response service. If you are currently experiencing family violence and your housing situation is unsafe, please contact Safe Steps on toll-free number: 1800 015 188, or visit their website.

Crisis Housing After Hours

St Kilda Crisis

Most housing services will close at 5pm. If you are needing assistance after this time, please call St Kilda Crisis on toll-free number 1800 825 955 or (03) 9536 7777

Deakin Residential Services

Deakin Residential Services can also assist students after hours for short term emergency stays. Please contact your campus service below for assistance:

Burwood Housing Service

Geelong Housing Service
