Terms and Conditions
All
equipment MUST be thoroughly cleaned, If not the hiring club will be charged a $200 cleaning fee.
Any
damage to the equipment while hired out will be at the expense of the hiring club.
The
equipment must be returned on the date specified unless otherwise
arranged with a DUSA staff member. Lateness may result in further costs
incurred to the club
There
is to be NO branding stuck/attached onto any part of the hiring
equipment. If this occurs in any way, damages must be covered by the club to
replace/ clean equipment.
Provide DUSA with a copy of a current Food Handlers Safety Certificate for one of the students who will be present on the day.
Provide DUSA with a completed Risk
Assessment. DUSA is happy to provide a Risk
Assessment template for your convenience.
The
hirer may not allow or authorise any other person or club to borrow, re-hire or have possession of the equipment without written approval from DUSA
