This course provides participants with the skills to recognise common mental health problems, knowledge of possible causes or risk factors and an awareness of treatments available. The course provides participants with the skills in how to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health problem and how to take appropriate action if a crisis situation arises. This blended course will require you to complete an online component prior to the training, followed by two class sessions.

This course is delivered online via zoom and you must attend both sessions. You must have a working web cam and microphone to complete this traning.
