DUSA International Start Point (Online Sessions – Thu 5th & Fri 6th March)

International Start Point is a peer-led online session designed to support newly arrived international students at Deakin. You will receive an introduction to key Deakin and DUSA support services, along with practical tips to help you settle into university life.

What makes this session special is the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance in your own language. Our international student leaders understand your cultural background and can provide culturally relevant support. Current student leaders include representatives from China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.

Join us to connect with other new students, get your questions answered, and start your Deakin journey with confidence.

This event is FREE however you must register in advance via the links below. We have two sessions to choose from – a morning session OR a night session.
