2. Please include all relevant information, such as any documentation you’ve received and the date you are required to respond to the university.
3. If you receive an error message 'Email does not match Student ID', you may have contacted DUSA using a different email in the past. Please try your alternative email (i.e. personal gmail/yahoo/hotmail/live etc, or your Deakin email).
4. Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive an automated email (please check your spam folder) with your case number.
5. If you want email assistance only, or an in person (on campus) appointment, or if the issue you want assistance with is not outlined in the options on the form below, please contact the Advocates here.
