Hey everyone, my name is Noah, and I’m your DUSA President for 2026! I’m a third-year Bachelor of Laws/International Relations and have been an office bearer of DUSA since 2023, starting as a student councillor, then as Vice President - Education.
People who know me know that I'm a genuine, optimistic, and open person who enjoys asking questions and is committed to improving the student experience through hard work and perseverance. When not studying or working, I enjoy watching cricket or football, visiting new places with friends, and going to music events and festivals. I believe that whilst at university, staying connected with friends, family and your passions is important for staying motivated during your studies.
My passion is for improving student experience here at Deakin. During my time as Vice President of Education, I was successfully able to advocate for mini marts across Burwood and Geelong, collaborate with our Warrnambool campus for environmental initiatives and take positive steps towards 24/7 libraries and automatic extensions.
DUSA is here for you when things get tough, advocating for your education, welfare, and student life experience. I am all about making tangible changes that Deakin students can use and that better their time at university. It doesn’t matter if you’re a domestic or international student, online or at one of our four great campuses; I will be fighting to improve your student experience.
In 2026, I want to be able to walk through any of our campuses and see a buzzing campus culture. DUSA is here to enhance your university life, through education, advocacy, welfare and student experience. Working towards a better university for us all can’t be achieved without hearing your stories and concerns and being a persistent voice to the university. If you see me on campus, feel free to stop me for a chat, but until then, I'm looking forward to a great 2026.
