Deakin Dancers United (DDU)

At Deakin Dancers United (DDU), we welcome all students irrespective of their backgrounds, cultures, disciples and gender to learn and practice dance and enjoy it in its true sense. We as a team believe that the real purpose of dancing is not to reach a certain position on the floor, but to enjoy each step on the way. Through the various activities and events that we will offer, we will work to uphold these ideals. The opportunities that we offer our members will range from weekly dance practice sessions to taking part in 1 v 1 dance battles. We will hold sessions where our members themselves become the stars of the class and head the dance practice sessions. We want to make sure that the classes are not only a way to socialize, network and work on their dancing skills but at the same time act as an ultimate confidence booster.
