Hi my name is Kaitlyn Handreck

Hey everyone!

I’m so excited to be your Assistant General Secretary for the 2025/26 DUSA Term!

I’m currently in my third year studying a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), and yes, I’m that person who actually enjoys talking about taxes.

My DUSA journey kicked off as the Geelong Women’s Rep, and since then I’ve pretty much lived and breathed campus life. I’ve been Outreach Officer for Geelong Christian Union (2025), Secretary for Geelong Social Club (2025), President of the Geelong Labor Club (2025 & 2026), and Treasurer for both Geelong Social Club and the Deakin Design & Innovation Club (2026).

I’m so grateful to be part of such an incredible team this year, and I can’t wait to help make your uni experience the best it can be!
