Broccoli Salad

Health and quick Broccoli Salad.


  • coarsely grated carrot
  • celery
  • broccoli
  • sesame salad dressing


  1. Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cut the broccoli florets into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the stems. Have a bowl of ice water ready.
  3. Cook the broccoli in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Add the carrots and celery and cook 30 seconds more.
  4. Drain the veggies and submerge in ice water to stop the cooking. Drain well and pat dry.
  5. Add to a bowl and top off with the sesame salad dressing.
