Easy Overnight Oats

Delicious and ready-made breakfast oats recipe.

Ingredients

OAT BASE

  • 2/3 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp seeds (linseed, chia, mixed seeds)
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup of milk OR water

FRUIT TOPPING OPTIONS

  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Stewed apple

CRUNCHY TOPPING OPTIONS

  • Toasted muesli
  • Roasted almonds
  • Coconut flakes

Directions

  1. Night before – combine oats, seeds and milk together in a jar. Give it a stir and put it in the fridge overnight.
  2. Fruit layer – cut up large pieces of fresh fruit and add to the jar. Add enough to cover the oats.
  3. Yogurt and toppings layer – spoon yogurt on top of the fruit. Then add your crunchy toppings.
